JAPAN Arita kilns Large dish decorated in Kraak-style blue camaieu, with four birds on pierced rock surrounded by peonies in the center. On the rim, eight reserves with Chinese Buddhist emblems (mugwort leaves, bottle, flowers); they stand out against a scale background. On the reverse, prunus branches in bloom.
