Composite collection, without title page, and titled on the spine over title pieces: "F. Dujardin, Histoire naturelle des mollusques". This copy contains the genera Buccin illustrated with 9 plates, Colombelle illustrated with 16 plates, Pourpre illustrated with 35 plates and Vis illustrated with 11 plates. Most plates are watercolored.
Some foxing and other minor defects, as described with genera and plates missing.

The text is illustrated with 46 black hors-texte plates representing over 300 specimens. Binding slightly rubbed, tear not missing from table, other defects minor.
