Pair of silver candlesticks, the cut-back shaft engraved with palmettes and "BD" figures, ending in lion pastes. The pedestal with water-leaf friezes. Pierre PARAUD goldsmith's hallmark under the base with Guilde des orfèvres hallmark. The heel is hallmarked 1er coq (Paris 1809-1819) with a recense mark at the levrette. Punch above the barrel at the level of the "feuilles d'eau de moyenne garantie Paris". The bobèches with old man's head 1st title (Paris 1819-1838) with large guarantee.
