131 [Small formats. Cazin]. Beautiful set of 8 works in 24 volumes in-18, homogeneous period binding, flake calf, smooth spine decorated, fir green morocco title and tomato parts, triple fillet framing on the boards. Green silk bookmark. Gilt edges. On the back cover of each volume is the bookplate of Eugène François Léon de Béthune, marquis d'Hesdigneul, comte de Noyelles, vicomte de Nielles, etc. This military man (1746-1823) was the first prince of Béthune-Hesdigneul.
